Pre-trial diversion (PTD) is a criminal justice program that lets eligible defendants avoid a criminal conviction by completing court-ordered conditions, like treatment or community service, instead of going through traditional prosecution. If successful, charges may be dismissed, preventing a permanent criminal record, but failing to complete the program results in prosecution. It’s common for first-time offenders or those with certain non-violent crimes, aiming to reduce recidivism and provide rehabilitation.
We offer the following classes: Theft – 1 Day, Theft – 2 Day, Critical Thinking, Anger Management, Adult Drugs & Alcohol, Minor in Possession and Parenting. (Please note that Parenting classes are by appointment only either in-person or online}.
